The Never Ending Renovation

Oh, this whole project is like being in prison. Construction debris is everywhere. Our entire living space has been overcome with materials, debris, and dust. It has forced me to go live somewhere else. I am still recording progress on the project.

The picture below pretty much tells the story of the cramped conditions, and mess.

 In addition to the inconvenience of the mess, the close quarters impeded the progress of construction. The porch of the house is also covered with materials and debris...really difficult living and working conditions..to say the least. Hence the two month project has stretched to a torturous year long mess.

The project creeps along, but there is progress with each day. Most of the room looks like this during construction and the other side of the room looks like the photos below. ...So there is hope for the project if we live long enough to see it!
