This has become down right ridiculous. Another Blizzard has fried our nerve endings again. This is the eastern shore of Maryland for God's sake, not North Dakota! Right now it is illegal to be driving at all in Delaware. How crazy is that? The reason is that this snow accumulation has never happened here before so there is no snow clearing equipment to speak of. Farmers have been asked to volunteer their tractors to lead the way through unpassable thoroughfares. Tractors!
This is our third blizzard in about ten days...maybe a bit more, but anyway, it is horrible. Nobody is going to work, there is no school, there is no county government or even state government activities happening. Crazy. Anyway, not much is happening in the house either because all is revolving around snow removal. I hate it. We moved to escape the snow! Friends here joke that we brought it with us and maybe we should turn around and take it back to our home town. I have used the time wisely and have been catching up on things. I don't want to wish my life away, but I am looking forward to spring....and hopefully it will spring soon!
