Old Farmhouse Challenge
Not much construction and repair going on around the farmhouse. As a result of the general malaise here, I haven't written in a long time. Other pursuits have syphoned our energy and efforts. I keep forgetting to record what is being done, so postings have been few and far between. I apologize to my visitors and readers. I will attempt to be more vigilant. There is so much that still needs to be done here. That is a major part of the problem. We have improved much, but the mountain is so high and we are so tired! We are getting way too old for this turmoil and challenge. We've decided we would like some rest and peace...yet here we are in the middle of a place that needs so much. As the king in the "King and I" states..."It is a puzzlement" how to proceed. Onward we will go, into the deep water. I am guessing this is a respite from the overwhelming work. If nothing else, I will record, over the next week, some of the holiday activities around the old farmhouse. See you then!
