More Window Construction

Here are more photos of the window installations. Two posts back I posted some exterior photos of the openings and the old and new windows. Today I'm posting interior photos of the same window installations. You might see a bit of the pretty view out of the windows.

It has to be just so. No window is a big improvement over the windows that were there!

Tyvek makes a huge difference in wind penetration of the wall

Pretty far along on installation here. Tyvek is on, windows are in. The trim has been started and you can see how the final window exterior will look..without siding yet

The project is moving along, but the "three month" construction schedule proposed by the carpenter was very underestimated. We are about one year into this project...but much further along than the photographs here would indicate.
